Problem

Times Higher Education began working with Spinks in 2019 following a referral from an existing client.

The recently appointed CTO was tasked with scaling the data operations unit within the student market. This meant significant investments into talent acquisition were needed and the CTO actively sought out Spinks to help.

Solution

The first task for the newly formed THE and Spinks relationship was to conduct a discovery call, to better understand the requirements and how Spinks could assist.

After understanding the talent acquisition needs of the business, it was clear that THE and Spinks needed to move with haste as the technology roles in question were in high demand.

Leveraging Spinks’ deep-rooted knowledge of the market and rich candidate database, the team was able to provide significant insights which helped Times Higher Education refine its talent acquisition strategy.

Throughout the partnership, Spinks has helped successfully place over 40 permanent candidates at Times Higher Education and the relationship continues to go from strength to strength.
