Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

At Nash Squared, we are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels they belong – where equality, diversity and inclusion are integral to our culture and embedded in how we operate as a global business.
We believe that diverse perspectives, experiences and backgrounds strengthen our organisation, enabling us to better support our clients, our candidates and each other.
Our diversity promise
Our Diversity Promise is to:
- Celebrate our differences, recognising the value they bring to our business
- Maintain a consistent global approach to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, delivering sustainable outcomes across all our markets
- Ensure all our people feel respected, valued and able to contribute fully
- Enable our leaders, managers and colleagues to role-model inclusive behaviours internally and externally
This commitment is rooted in our core value of Human – wetrust, respect and care for one another, and recognise the unique contributioneach individual brings.
Our approach
We recognise that creating an inclusive organisation requires more than intent. It requires sustained action, accountability and continuous improvement.
We focus on:
- Building diverse teams across all geographies, drawing on a wide range of skills, experiences and perspectives
- Developing inclusive capability, through training, awareness and leadership development
- Listening to our people, through regular engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms
- Supporting connection and community, through our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
- Using data to inform progress, including global gender reporting and targeted interventions at senior levels
Our Global D&I Council plays a key role in guiding our priorities, driving accountability and supporting meaningful, lasting change across the Group.
Our policy framework
Our approach to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion is underpinned by a comprehensive policy framework that sets clear standards for behaviour and supports a fair and inclusive working environment.
This includes our Equal Opportunities Policy and Dignity at Work Policy, which reflect our commitment to:
- providing equal opportunity, fairness and respect for all
- preventing discrimination, harassment, bullying and victimisation
- ensuring all colleagues understand their responsibilities and expected behaviours
These policies apply to all employees, candidates, clients and third parties and are aligned with the requirements of the Equality Act 2010. They are supported by clear and confidential processes for raising concerns, which are taken seriously and handled in a fair and consistent manner.
Together, our policies and our Diversity Promise ensure that inclusion is not only part of our culture, but is embedded in how we operate, make decisions and support our people globally.
Delivering progress
We know that meaningful progress requires continuous focus. We therefore:
- monitor colleague sentiment and inclusion experience across the organisation
- track diversity data to identify gaps and opportunities
- implement targeted initiatives to support representation and progression
- review and evolve our approach in line with best practice and business needs
Our ambition is clear – to be an organisation that champions equality, diversity and inclusion in every market, sector and geography in which we operate.
