Feedback is a gift!
Feedback is a gift! When was the last time you asked for feedback?
I have heard this saying many times, as I am sure you have, but what does it really mean… The art of giving feedback is a skill that many people have evolved over time. It takes care and attention with the purpose of helping someone, to do things differently, to understand their impact, to grow as an individual or even to help people become self-aware. I have always believed that feedback is a valuable process in the evolution leaders, colleagues and organisations which leads me to often seek out feedback with that purpose. Some of the feedback hasn’t always been welcomed but I have taken the time to reflect and taken the opportunity to understand what that means to me and for me, as a person. Many times, that feedback has helped to make me the leader I am today. That’s the gift!
At Harvey Nash Group we must continue to seek feedback to ensure that we continue to build on our culture, develop what we do and ensure that we are the destination for people in our industries and sectors. As a technology and talent organisation it is only natural we would use technology as our channel of choice for collecting that feedback. To enable you to share your thoughts and views confidentially, and to help us listen to that feedback and act upon it.
In our last survey we increased our employee NPS (eNPS) from +6 to +39 which was exceptional progress but that doesn’t mean we are about to stop. I am proud of our organisation and I am always interested in ways we can become even better. Hence, I encourage you to complete the survey to voice your opinions and ideas -whatever your role, whatever your location-, because shaping the future of Harvey Nash Group requires real-time employee insights. And we need the gift of feedback from you!
So please do take the time to help us to build on our wonderful business and complete the HiveHR Harvey Nash Group engagement survey which is launched on 4th October 2021.
As we head towards the weekend keep safe and well.
